The Yayasan Peneraju Financing Scheme for Bumiputera is a government-supported program that helps empower Bumiputera professionals in Malaysia to advance their skills and career opportunities. Qualified participants can obtain funding to pursue internationally recognised certifications in high-demand fields, including Information Technology and Cybersecurity. This initiative is intended for individuals dedicated to upskilling, enhancing employability and making a positive impact on Malaysia’s economic growth.

About the Course

The “AI for Insurance Agents: Automate, Analyze & Acquire” program is a 4-day hands-on training designed to equip Bumiputera insurance professionals with cutting-edge AI skills to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Participants will master tools such as advanced ChatGPT for personalized client communication, advanced Canva AI for professional marketing content, Power BI for trend and performance analytics and tools for automating documentation and proposal writing.

The program also introduces other AI tools for intelligent client management and predictive lead tracking. By the end of the course, participants will be able to automate daily sales workflows, design impactful campaigns, and analyze customer data to improve closing rates.

The training benefits both new and experienced insurance agents aiming to boost productivity and remain competitive in Malaysia’s digital-first financial landscape.

Eligibility

Malaysian Bumiputera
18 – 55 years old
Practicing insurance agents, financial planners, unit managers or individuals seeking to enter the insurance sales profession
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Diploma or degree holders in business, finance, marketing or related fields are highly encouraged
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online communication or marketing platforms
