CORPORATE IT SALES EXECUTIVE

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Possess at least ONE YEAR of EXPERIENCE in sales

TASKS

  • Make cold calls and do follow ups

OFFICE ADMIN (WITH IT KNOWLEDGE)

TASKS

  • Perform hardware and software installations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems and computer applications
  • Provide technical support to colleagues on basic network problems (server, network connectivity issues, email, etc.)
  • Assist on procurement of stationeries, IT inventories and equipment for office usage
  • Strategize and schedule social media posts
  • Increase brand awareness by creating heavy online presence on social media platforms
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office / personnel

IT TRAINER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out training needs analyses
  • Define the skill sets needed to perform different roles
  • Carry out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between the current and desirable learner’s skill levels
  • Design training programmes appropriate to the skills needed
  • Develop an appropriate mix of formal and informal development activities
  • Ensure the learning environment and resources support learner’s needs
  • Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises
  • Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment whenever neccessary
  • Deliver training programmes in both a formal (e.g. a classroom) or informal (e.g. floor-walking) setting
  • Support and coach learners using learning technologies to deliver skills
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes
  • Liaise with partners (e.g. external course providers, employers, examining bodies) to fulfil the skills needs of an organization
  • Develop peer networks to keep abreast of current thinking
  • Maintain appropriate records of learner’s development and also resource allocations
